Keep alive the tradition of cutlery
3
0
On the Island of Beauty, the knife is part of the heritage. Iron ore to make the knife blade, chestnut wood to produce the charcoal used to convert iron into steel or to design the handle, horn of goat... Nature offers all the needed elements. Some cutler artisans go in search of them and transform them in a robust, hard-wearing and unique object. They try to keep the tradition of cutlery alive by reproducing ancestral gestures patiently.
