Right after a mud bath

0
The warthog skillfully adapts to different environments. It uses the mud pools encountered to roll and de-worm or rub on the lower branches of trees to snort and scratch. These mud baths help warthogs to thermoregulate during hot days and to protect their skin. The warthog is also one of the smallest mammals to be helped by oxpeakers to eliminate parasites.
