Paolo Chabot joined Terres de Bonaventure, the farm of his parents and grandparents, in 2014 when he was barely 25 years old. Polyvalent and full of ideas, he pushed for the diversification of the activities of the GFA (Groupement Foncier Agricole) founded by his grandparents, both university professors, in 1978 around goat breeding and cheese production. Transformed into an olive grove and focused on olive growing since the early 2000s, Terres de Bonaventure has further diversified (wheat, almond trees, beekeeping, saffron, lavenders, everlasting flowers, etc.) and oriented towards organic farming under the impetus from Paolo and his father.
