Young female warthog
0
0
The female warthog has much smaller tusks than the male and has only one pair of warts. Still young, this one still has small tusks. They grow up over the years and get curved.
Diurnal and sedentary, warthogs live in families consisting of the male, the female and their offspring. The couple is usually formed for 1 year but some remain together for several consecutive years.
