It eats up to 130 different species of fruit. The black and white vari, a lemur endemic to Madagascar, is the largest pollinator in the world. When it feeds on flower nectar, the pollen lands on its fur and the lemur carries the pollen from flower to flower thus ensuring pollination. Due to deforestation, it is classified as critically endangered.
