The Maison Marguet champagne estate is committed to producing wines more respectful of the environment, practically without sulfites. Since 2010, the robust Ardennes workhorse has been back in its vineyards. It contributes to sustainable viticulture and supposedly helps to produce healthier vines. The Maison Marguet estate extends in Ambonnay, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims (Reims Mountain). Its plots are worked with respect for the terroirs and favor quality over quantity.
