Inseparable from Caribbean culinary art
0
0
Emblematic of centuries of history and adventure, spices are inseparable from Caribbean culinary art and Creole gastronomy. Indian wood, nutmeg, turmeric, chili, ginger, pepper, colombo, cloves, and many others are sold on the large covered market, also known as the spice market, in Fort-de-France. Located at the corner of Rue Blénac and Rue Isambert, it is implanted in the heart of the most commercial district of the Martinican capital.
