This old Alsatian farmhouse with its glass roof, surrounded by century-old trees, offers a haven of greenery and peace in the heart of Strasbourg. In 1970, Eric Westermann’s parents were charmed by the beauty of the place. They transformed the park’s bistro into a gastronomic house appreciated by the people of Strasbourg. Twenty years ago, their son bought the Buerehiesel which, under his management, has retained its aura.
