Landelles-et-Coupigny, near Vire in the Calvados department, is a village away for urban pollution. The Normandy bocage surrounds it, and the quality of the air and the meadows, bordered by hedges, constitute an ideal environment for cattle breeding. The Naturellement Normande farm owns 55 cows and 18 oxen fully fed on grass and hay grown without pesticides. The milk produced there allows the development of high-quality dairy products.
