The fauna and flora of the islets of Pwêêdi Wiimîâ lagoon - and in particular of the Tibarama islet - on the eastern coast of Grande-Terre, are threatened by the presence of invasive species such as rats, snails or lianas and by the human attendance. Actions are being taken to better define these pressures and try to limit them.
