Hiengabat Island is a motu islet of New Caledonia which administratively belongs to the municipality of Hienghène on the northeast coast of Grande-Terre. Covering an area of 0.04sqmi (0.0778km2), it has no inhabitants. Located in Hienghène Bay, it offers a protected place away from the crowd to visitors who can access it by boat in the company of a Kanak captain-guide-caterer.
