Working the soil with a Percheron horse since 2010 is a religion for Marguet Champagnes and for the well-being of the land. The horse is a unique link between the elements of the soil: mineral (chalk) vegetable (vine and endemic flora), and animal (fauna and man). The wine is worked by gravity. The individual fermentation of the different grapes is in casks and barrels without practically the use of sulphites.
