Odd eyes, or iridium heterochromia, are considered to be a genetic deficiency found in face-tagged dogs, certain breeds of cats, goldfish, horses, and humans. In dogs, heterochromia is mostly seen in Huskies and particularly in those born from crosses between a usually light-irised Husky and a generally dark-irised Alaskan Malamute.
