Focus on Pierre Daniel, musher in Haut-Jura

In February 2017, the program ‘Passe-moi les jumelles’ (Give me the binoculars) of the Swiss Radio Television devoted a report to Pierre Daniel. Jérôme Porte met the Haut-Jura musher there in his home, the wooden house he built at an altitude of 3,937 feet (1,200 meters) in the commune of Septmoncel-les-Molunes in the French Haut-Jura. Entitled ‘Life in the Present’, the report shows Pierre Daniel’s fusion with nature and with his dogs, which give him the immediacy and connection to time he is looking for.
