Burgundy gastronomy is marked by the omnipresence of vineyards whose wines exalt the flavors of meats like in the Burgundy beef, this emblematic dish of the region which has become a great classic of French cuisine. Focusing on two products dear to Burgundy (meat and wine), this stew made with braised Charolais meat is longly simmered in a mixture of red wine, bacon, mushrooms and small onions.
