The lighthouse of La Revellata buoys the north-west coast of the Corsica. From the eponymous peninsula, the so-called lighthouse of the Gulf of Calvi guides the sailors from the Gulf of Galéria, to the south, to the Agriates coastlines, to the east. Built during the boom of the Calvi’s port, it shines since 1844. Perched at 100 m (328 ft) above sea level, this building of 19 m (62 ft) high is listed in the French general inventory of cultural heritage.
