This view from the Salettes redoubt looks over Fort des Têtes whose construction began in 1721. One can clearly see its facades and roofs designed by Vauban and listed as Historical Monuments in 1989. The site, abandoned in 1945, was used for military training until 1989 before being inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2008.
