Wild pink flamingos at rest
0
0
The pink flamingo lives in the brackish water of lagoons and coastal ponds where it spends most of its time looking for food in the mud.
Drying of wetlands and disturbances of human origin threaten the reproduction of the species. It also happens that the pink wader suffers climatic conditions: during the severe cold snap, the water freezes so it can no longer feed and sometimes it can be trapped in the ice.
