Always seeking to discover quality products from his region and to serve them at his restaurant, Eric Westermann often meets with local producers. His cuisine at Buerehiesel, in Strasbourg, is a combination of Alsatian culinary traditions and innovation. With this in mind, he proposes wines grown from organic farming at the Pfister domain. He and the owner, Mélanie Pfister, share a common respect for nature and Alsatian terroir.
