The Naturellement Normande organic farm extends in Landelles and Coupigny, some 7.5 miles (12 km) from Vire in the Calvados department. In the heart of Normandy, the loamy land covered with green grass welcomes the farm's 55 dairy cows and 18 oxen that graze on sunny days. In the winter, the cattle are kept inside and fed on the hay cut and dried during the year. Naturellement Normande is renowned for the quality of its milk and its Camembert cheese.
