In Honduras, South of Gracias, Lencas women maintain gestures they inherit from their ancestors. They use the clay of the surrounding mountain to manufacture everyday objects. Although this indigenous people’s language is extinct and their culture has changed over the centuries, the know-how acquired for generations are still useful in everyday life and are a mean of subsistence for them and their families.
