'Le Buerehiesel' is above all a story of family, transmission and passion. This typical Alsatian house, located in the Orangery Park, was acquired in 1970 by Viviane and Antoine Westermann. Afterwards, the couple quickly transformed it into a gastronomic restaurant with 3 Michelin stars. Today, their son Eric Westermann continues the tradition by imposing his own vision of cuisine, marked by authenticity and generosity.
