Between master and horse
0
0
Plowing the vines with a horse requires genuine osmosis between the animal and its master. The Ardennes workhorse is strong and resistant, with a slow and steady pace. The species was already used for farming work by the Romans. The maintenance of vines with horses is more and more associated with organic cultures, as the Maison Marguet domain practices. The main advantage of this process lies with the accuracy and the preservation of the soils it allows.
