They switched to 100% grass feeding in 2014, installed a hay dryer in 2017, and set up a raw milk processing workshop in 2018: the Lelouvier couple keeps a close eye on each of their cows, 7 days a week. They ensure that they are in good health while guaranteeing the quality of their milk and respecting the environment. Since 2014, the two farmers have developed their business by making the most of local resources (meadows, bocage, and Normandy breed cows). Subsequently, Janine and Denis Lelouvier began their conversion to organic farming.
