Mélanie represents the eighth generation of the Pfister estate. When she began studying biology, she did not intend to work in the wine industry. And then it all clicked. She became an agricultural engineer in Bordeaux and trained in oenology in Dijon. She joined the estate for the 2006 harvest and has not left since. Mélanie Pfister is proud of her gourmet dry wines, obtained through meticulous vinification with a minimum of intervention. She avoids unnecessary sugar or too high an alcohol content in favour of the fruit. Her wines are balanced, refined, and elegant.
