“We are beautiful Norman dairy cows. In the summer we graze on the meadows all day, and in the winter we stay warm in the barn. A wood chip boiler provides the energy needed to dry the grass produced on the farm. Denis Lelouvier looks after our health and welfare. Janine, his wife, makes an organic Camembert so delicious that it has been awarded PDO certification. We live on the ‘Naturellement Normande’ (Naturally Norman) farm, an 80-hectare farm near the Gorges de la Vire, in Calvados”.
