Eating grass all day long
Installed on 80 hectares with 55 dairy cows of Norman breed and 18 oxen, the Naturellement Normande farm has adopted an organic approach which guarantees the quality of their breeding and fresh meat. The cows graze soft grass all year round and a grass dryer guarantees them the same quality in winter. Their milk is incomparable. It is also transformed into a typical Normandy cheese: Camembert. Also organic, they have received the AOC appellation.
