East coast between Houaïlou and Poro
1
0
The east coast of Grande-Terre between Houaïlou and Poro is bordered by massifs which fall almost directly into the sea. The road which links Houaïlou to Kouaoua, passing through the mining village of Poro, crosses one of the most marked and hostile landscapes on the island. Some of its mountains have been lacerated by industry and laid bare on vast expanses.
