In the heart of the Norman bocage, the organic farm ‘Naturellement Normande’ (Naturally Norman) produces PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) farm camembert, guaranteed to have a unique taste. This camembert is made on the farm by Janine Lelouvier using raw milk produced by their 55 Norman breed cows, exclusively fed on grass and hay. The camembert is shaped by ladling according to a skill passed down from generation to generation and in compliance with detailed specifications.
