Face of the crested black macaque
The crested black macaque (macaca nigra) has a very curved convex facies with no hair and a completely black skin. Its cheek crests are bony and its nostrils are very thin. The amber color of its eyes surmounted by prominent brow bones softens its look. Its Iroquois crest distinguishes it from all the other macaque species.
