The 173 acres (70 ha) of Château Léoube's vineyard are planted with Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, or Semillon, as many grape varieties included within the Côtes-de-Provence AOC that bring their specificities to the blending of the wines produced at the estate. The structure and amplitude of Grenache, the fruity aromas and flexibility of Cinsault, the color and aromatic density of Syrah, the gourmet complexity of Mourvèdre, the delicacy and subtlety of Rolle, or the minerality and vigor of Semillon contribute to the quality of the wines. They are produced by the cellar master of Château Léoube and signed by the addition of Cabernet Sauvignon to certain blends.
