Dissipation of morning mists
0
0
The radiation mists - which usually appear at the end of the night as a result of the night's cooling of the earth's surface - dissipate during the morning under the action of solar radiation. Their dissipation begins by the base, at the level of the banks closest to the ground, and can lead to the formation of a layer of low stratus clouds. It does not begin until the minimum temperature has occurred i.e one to two hours after sunrise.
