Grass-fed dairy cows
The Naturellement Normande farm has opted for Norman cows renowned for their docility and the protein quality of their milk. Its 55 dairy cows graze on 197 acres (80 ha) from spring until the beginning of winter. In winter, they are kept warm in a heated building and keep eating the dry, organic hay that Denis Lelouvier has harvested on his land.
