Preserved soils

The Pfister family has been cultivating vines since 1780 on the clay-limestone soils of the commune of Dahlenheim. Representing the eighth generation and the first female winegrower in the lineage, Mélanie has embarked on the production of biodynamic wines with great respect for the preservation of the soil. This dynamic young woman is also the initiator of the DiVINes d’Alsace, a regional association of women in wine. Since 2015, the estate has confirmed its consistency and the increasing quality of its wines. It has received the Fair’n Green label.
