Plots of natural meadows

In order to deal with climate change, the Cévennes National Park recently asked farmers to plant plots of natural meadows. The first test was successfully carried out in 2020 on Mont Lozère. Others have since followed, mostly because the hay hence produced is rich in a hundred plant varieties. The plots have become sustainable reservoirs of biodiversity with significantly greater resistance to climatic hazards.
