The cliffs on the banks of the Orne at Clécy in the Calvados department attract many climbing enthusiasts. An 820 ft (250 m) via ferrata has been created there in the rock face on the cliff side. Completed by a giant 1,312 ft (400 m) zip line, rope bridges, and various footbridges allowing one to cross the rocky escarpments, it offers privileged views of the Orne valley and Norman Switzerland.
