Champagne Collet, in Aÿ-Champagne, combines all of its talents to put its expertise at the service of excellence. The pride of the house, the “Esprit Couture” cuvée is a tribute to the tradition of those who work in haute couture and in the vineyards. The expression “hand-sewn since 1921” is in fact written in full on the back label. Made from the best vintages, the cuvée is matured for seven years. It is produced in limited quantities, and it makes the reputation of this cooperative of winegrowers (Cogevi) born after the revolt of the Champagne winegrowers in 1911.
