Bells of all sizes

The Cornille-Havard foundry makes bells of all sizes. The smaller ones are intended for monastery gates, private entrances, or Navy ships. Bells weighing more than 100 kg go to churches and are cast according to the required musical note. The largest are called drones, like Emmanuel, the drone of Notre-Dame de Paris, which measures 2.62m in diameter. In 2012, 8 new bells were cast by Cornille-Havard, ranging from 0.99 to 1.83 metres in diameter, to replace those in the north tower of the Paris cathedral.
