In 2014, the Lelouvier couple endeavored to transform their Naturellement Normande farm into an organic operation. They made changes to the milking parlor, installed a geomembrane pit for the drainage, and bought a hay dryer for the winter. The 55 cows of the farm graze six months a year on grass growing in fields without chemicals.
