Firmly rooted in the Alsatian soil, he also innovates in the conception of his cuisine. His efforts have been rewarded with a star in the Michelin guide and 3 Toques in the Gault et Millau guide. Eric Westermann shares with the winemaker Mélanie Pfister the same respect for sustainable agriculture. The Domaine Mélanie Pfister is the only French wine estate to be labelled by Fair’n Green, an association promoting sustainable and reasoned viticulture.
