André Del Monte, the former emblematic chef of the Maurin des Maures restaurant, chairs the Domaine du Rayol association created in 1989 to manage the site in partnership with the Conservatoire du Littoral (Coastal Protection Agency). The association, which has twenty permanent employees, is particularly concerned with the conservation of the property and the enhancement of the Jardin des Méditerranées.
