The only daughter of Jean-Claude and Brigitte Blanc, Véronique Blanc works with her brothers Olivier and Laurent on the family manade (herd). Raised among horses and bulls, she is a seasoned rider and gardian (herdswoman). Within the manade, she deals more specifically with the processing, distribution, and marketing of the products for sale, in particular the bull meat, and develops agritourism with her mother. Lodgings, room rental, weekly Camargue evenings, and discovery mornings indeed significantly contribute to the farm's income.
