The small municipality of Sainte-Agnès, in the Alpes-Maritimes department, had 1,341 inhabitants in 2018 and a population density of 143 inhabitants per km². Located a few miles from the Mediterranean coast, it is part of the urban unit and the attraction area of Menton and Monaco. In their French part, they group together respectively nine and twelve municipalities.
