La Cuesta del Obispo es un tramo empinado de la Ruta 33 de la Provincia de Salta. Conecta el valle de Lerma con el alto valle Calchaquí. En su recorrido es posible detenerse en este mirador que lleva el nombre Balcón de la Cuesta del Obispo a 3018 msnm. El camino va serpenteando y llega a su punto más alto a 3457 msnm en la llamada Piedra del Molino, donde se encuentra la capilla de San Rafael Arcángel, “Patrono del Viajero”.
