Located near the town of Béziers in the south of the Hérault department, the ‘Nissan-lez-Ensérune’ cooperative cellar is one of the oldest in the region. Founded in 1901 by the pioneers of cooperative wine-making, this old cellar was given a new and younger outlook in 2019 and 2020 thanks to renovation works to make it more accessible and pleasant, but also thanks to the creation of the giant street-art frescoes which now adorn its five outdoor vats.
