Cooling bath in Arctic

The polar bear is well suited to the extremely cold temperature. Its fur and fat layer perfectly insulate it from cold, but it quickly suffers from heat conditions when temperatures reach 50°F (10 °C) during summer. Then, it dives into icy waters everytime it is too hot, and enjoys a refreshing bath, or rolls on the ice or digs ground looking for the permafrost layer that remains frozen all year round.
