If the Inuits, whose contacts with foreigners have multiplied, are often able to express themselves in English, they are 85% to use their original language on a daily basis. Very rich to name nature and the elements, Inuktitut and its many dialects are agglutinative languages where ideas are added contiguously to a word-strain structuring the thought in a very different way from the Indo-European languages.
