La collalba capirotada o collalba encapotada (Oenanthe pileata) es una especie de ave paseriforme en la familia Muscicapidae propia del África subsahariana.
Vive en hábitats arenosos y pedregosos secos y pastizales con algunos arbustos y montículos de termitas en África, desde Kenia y Angola hasta El Cabo en el sur. Es en gran medida no migratorio, pero realiza movimientos estacionales.
Se reconocen tres subespecies, siendo la Neseri la que ocupa el sur de Angola, norte de Namibia y oeste de Botsuana.
