El colibrí de Mulsant, coqueta verde y blanca o rumbito buchiblanco (Chaetocercus mulsant) es una especie de ave de la familia Trochilidae, que se encuentra en Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, y el Perú.
En inglés: The white-bellied woodstar is a species of hummingbird in the family Trochilidae. It is found in Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest and heavily degraded former forest.
Vive principalmente en las flores de los árboles, en zonas semiabiertas y jardines; rara vez se encuentra en los bordes del bosque húmedo de montaña. En Perú y Ecuador, se encuentra en altitudes entre 800 y 3.500 msnm; en Colombia entre los 1.500 y 2.800 m.
Presenta dimorfismo sexual; el macho mide 8 a 8,5 cm de longitud, mientras que la hembra alcanza 7,5 cm. El pico tiene unos 17 mm de largo.
