Située dans le Vieux-Tours, l'église Saint Juline est l'abbatiale d'une ancienne abbaye bénédictine dont l'origine remonte au vie siècle ; elle date majoritairement du xiiie siècle. Elle a été vendue comme bien national à la Révolution, puis transformée en dépôt de diligences. Elle fait l’objet d’un classement au titre des monuments historiques par la liste de 1840
